John E. Hiner
President & CEO

Mr. Hiner has more than 30 years of experience in worldwide resource exploration and management. He has managed successful exploration, acquisition, and development programs for metals and industrial minerals on four continents. His range of experience includes petroleum exploration, energy minerals, and geothermal energy development. Mr. Hiner has managed projects from the conceptual exploration stage to positive feasibility and finance level studies on proven deposits in South America, North America, and Africa.

As both geologist and manager, Mr. Hiner has held positions with a variety of companies, from multinational Phillips Petroleum Company to a Canadian junior Champion Resources Inc. He has several years experience running publicly traded companies.

From 1995 - 2000 Mr. Hiner was Vice President of Champion Resources Inc., and managed the exploration, financing, and corporate affairs of a junior company working on three continents. Mr. Hiner personally directed the identification and acquisition of the Farim Phosphate Deposit in Guinea Bissau, West Africa. His negotiations with the Government of Guinea Bissau led the company to acquire secure leases to the deposit, as well as an exclusive right to explore the mineral potential of the country leading to the identification of diamond potential. In 1997, Mr. Hiner organized and negotiated the joint venture that resulted in the discovery of the Takatu Gold Deposit in Guyana, South America. Exploration by the company in 1995 and 1996 confirmed the multi-million ton porphyry copper-gold reserves at Minas de Oro, Honduras.

From 1984 - 1993 Mr. Hiner was a District Manager, moving to Vice President and Exploration Manager of U.S.-based Westmont Gold Inc., a subsidiary of Costain PLC; a U.K. based international contracting company. Mr. Hiner managed exploration, development, feasibility studies, and corporate activities and successfully implemented, managed, and concluded a corporate divestiture program on behalf of the parent corporation. Assets divested included operating mines, developed projects, and a portfolio of exploration properties.

From 1981-1984 Mr. Hiner was a senior geologist with Vancouver-based Queenstake Resources Ltd. and ran its Reno-based exploration office.

From 1976 - 1981 Mr. Hiner was involved with successful projects at Phillips Petroleum Company working in field and district office capacities that resulted in the development of the Thunder Mountain, Idaho gold mine and the successful discovery and development of three producing geothermal fields in Nevada.




Paul Chung
Chief Financial Officer and Director

Mr. Chung has experience in project management and bringing companies to the public markets and negotiating international transactions.

As a director of numerous public companies, Mr. Chung conducted operations throughout South America and was responsible for asset acquisitions, project oversight, strategic planning, government liaison, and ensuring strategic alignment between parent and subsidiary.

Mr. Chung has experience in asset acquisition, financing, investor relations, and Internet marketing for a multi-location international business. As an official representative for numerous companies, Mr. Chung has negotiated with major political and industrial officials in both Guyana and Argentina.

Mr. Chung holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from the University of British Columbia and a Masters of Business Administration from Athabasca University.

Mr. Chung has written business plans for Empyrean Communications Inc., Clear Energy Systems Inc., and Estwind Wind Power Inc.

Mr. Chung is also the CFO of TNR Gold Corp. of Vancouver, B.C. Canada and a director of Mayfair Mining & Minerals Inc. based in London, England.




James Chapman
South American Exploration Manager

Mr. Chapman has more than 30 years experience in the mineral exploration industry. He has been involved in significant discoveries of gold, base metals, and industrial minerals with junior companies worldwide. This experience has included projects for Champion Resources Ltd, TNR Gold Corp. and International Curator Resources Inc. among others. His range of experience includes property evaluation, project generation, and advanced project management.

Mr. Chapman is responsible for Geocom's Iliamna copper-gold project in Alaska, and the La Carolina gold project in Argentina. Mr. Chapman is a Qualified Person as defined by Canadian National Instrument Policy 43-101.

Mr. Chapman holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia.




Jeffrey A. Jaacks, Ph.D.
Chief Geochemist

Dr. Jaacks has more than 25 years experience as a chief scientist and geochemist working with Anaconda Copper, Chevron Resources, Texasgulf Minerals, PETREX, NICOR Mineral Ventures, Westmont Mining, and BHP Minerals.

From 1984 - 1993 Dr. Jaacks worked as the chief geochemist at Westmont Mining where he was responsible for geochemical programs that led to the discovery of resources of over 2.5 million ounces of Au. He also directed corporate computerization and training, quality control programs, exploration software development, and geochemical applications development. He particpated in the discovery and development of gold mines in Nevada and South Carolina, copper deposits in Arizona, and industrial mineral deposits in Montana.

From 1993 - 1999 Dr. Jaacks was Manager of Geochemistry, Americas,at BHP Minerals. He was responsible for building and leading the geochemistry technical services group providing geochemistry services on two continents, developing geochemical programs, and directing strategic geochemistry research which commercialized several new exploration technologies. His services group played a key role in the discovery of the Lac de Gras diamonds and Hope Bay gold.

He is an advisor to the Colorado Technology Incubator and a former President of the Association of Exploration Geochemists (1992) and former Chairman of the Geochemical Committee of the Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration (1990).

Dr. Jaacks received his B.A. in Chemistry from the University of California, San Diego and received his Ph.D. in Geochemistry from the Colorado School of Mines, specializing in economic geology and exploration geochemistry.




John Bengelsdorf
Project Geologist

Since January 2004, Mr. Bengelsdorf has worked with Geocom in Alaska, Argentina, and Chile. He is responsible for field exploration including geochemical sampling, geological mapping, logging core, overseeing soil, stream sediment, and rock chip sampling and assisting in evaluating gold and copper/gold properties in various geological settings. Mr. Bengelsdorf also assists in data compilation and field investigations of current drill projects and evaluating potential drill projects. He has experience in reconnaissance and project level exploration in a variety of locations including remote projects.

Mr. Bengelsdorf's work experience in Washington includes environmental sciences, post-graduate geological research, and management of quarry operations.

Mr. Bengelsdorf holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Washington State University.




Andrew Stewart
Director and Counsel

Mr. Stewart is a corporate finance lawyer in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Mr. Stewart's practice area includes initial public offerings, private placements of debt and equity financing, corporate reorganizations, and assisting private and public companies in fulfilling continuous disclosure requirements as well as structuring and completing cross-border financings.

Prior to securities law, Mr. Stewart practiced as a tax lawyer assisting clients with domestic and international corporate tax planning, compliance and litigation.

Mr. Stewart holds an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge, England, an LL.B. from the University of Alberta, and a B.A. from the University of British Columbia.




Talal Yassin
Director

Mr. Yassin has extensive experience and contacts in the resource, communications, and technology industries through his appointment as a Director of Info Touch Technologies Corp, a leading Internet Kiosk manufacturer and software developer, and his past business experience in privately held construction firms.

Mr. Yassin is President & CEO and founder of Metrobridge Networks Corporation Inc., a private company that specializes in the design, building and operating of wireless-broadband-networks.

From 1996 - 2001 Mr. Yassin was Vice President of Alpha Beta Developments, a private real estate development company. He was responsible for the coordination of project acquisition, finance, corporate deal structuring and marketing.

Mr. Yassin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Simon Fraser University.




Clyde Harrison
Director

Mr. Harrison is the founding member of Beeland Management Co., L.L.C., which manages the Rogers Raw Materials Index Funds. Mr. Harrison served as Beeland's CEO for its first five years before stepping down and taking on a less formal role in management while maintaining the second largest equity position in Beeland. Mr. Harrison's keen understanding of worldwide trends, commodities utilization, and financial markets will be a significant benefit to Geocom as it grows.

Mr. Harrison began his career in 1968 in finance with Lamson Brothers, becoming the youngest partner in the firm's history. In 1974 he became General Partner with Carl Icahn, managing hedge positions for corporate takeovers.

Mr. Harrison was a previous member of the Managed Futures Committee of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He served as a director of Watertower Bank for five years, was a consultant for NBD Bank, Northern Trust, and pension funds and was a Special Consultant to the Chairman of the Chicago Board Options Exchange. Mr. Harrison has also served as General Partner for a number of private investment and trading funds.
